360 view not displaying related objects (old desktop)

I've noticed that 360-degree view items aren't displaying for two users (I'm not sure if it's the same customer).
It's classic MFiles Desktop. The issue doesn't occur on New MFiles Desktop. Both the server and client software are the latest versions, 26.3.something.
Have you encountered this before, or is there a fix for it?
