Why I'm not seeing the Clients advanced configurations on the Vault?

Hi all,

I'm trying to increase the the default items per page on the Web Access (50 to 100) and I found that it needs to be done under Avanced Configurations at the Vault level, but after reviewing these configurations I'm seeing these seetings as empty:

Are these configurations located in another tab or is the vault missing some feautures/license?
