We have a new large vault with documents that have metadata for a properties called Policy and Package. We have views where documents have been grouped by Policy and/or Package. Users have saved docs with the incorrect Policy and Package values and have fixed them. But the documents STILL show up in the grouped views under the old value for the Policy or Package AND they show up in the grouped views for the value.
How can we prevent this from happening?
I did go into the Property Definition for Policy and Package and we have the option "Do not search for old object versions" checked. I've logged out/back into the M-files client and pressed F5 to refresh the view. But I still the documents under the old Policy value.
