We plan to update the region and country in M-files.
Example
Region
The words "Middle East South Asia (MESA)*Existing* is to be replaced with "Middle East South Asia, Africa, Türkiye (MESAAT)*Africa & Turkiye will be added*.
Country
Aside to India, Saudi-Arabia, Turkiye and Africa will be added
Aside to Belgium, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey will be removed
Execution
I believe this can be also done in M-files admin > Vault > Metadata Structure Flat View > Value List > Countries > contents > add/delete (edit)
same goes to Regions
Question
1. what will happen to these existing documents if they tweak the M-Files Admin app to reflect the above changes?
2. Do they need to re-upload these existing affected documents on M-Files app?
3. Do they need to manually update the metadata of ALL these existing affected documents on M-Files app?
4. Will there be other issues or next steps that I need to be aware of
