Hi,
We're experiencing an issue where the M-Files mobile app on iOS devices shows the message "M-Files is still loading the metadata structure from the vault. Please try again in a moment." while Android devices on the same server work perfectly fine.
Environment:
M-Files Server version: 26.3.15818.7
iOS app: latest version
Android app: latest version
What we've tried so far:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app
Detached unused offline vaults from the server (which were generating "incompatible vault version" errors in Event Viewer)
Verified that licenses are valid and not exhausted
Current situation:
After detaching the offline vaults the Event Viewer errors are gone, but the iOS issue persists. Android clients have no issues connecting to the same vault.
Has anyone experienced this before? Could there be a specific iOS compatibility issue with server version 26.3.15818.7, or is there something else we should be checking on the server side?
