Dear Community Members,
I'm having a problem opening a saved Word or excel document from our M-Files client program. When I try to open the documents, it shows a blank page and I cannot see the rest of the contents. Then I tried to save the document to my computer, and I could easily open it. And when I changed the page layout /in the lower right corner/ in Word document, suddenly I could see the contents of my Word document.
I don't know what is happening with my check-out session. Or why this is happening... Does anyone have the same situation? Should I contact the support center? Please help me. Thank you.
