Searching in M-Files Web

Please share more details of the issue, like error messages or so on.

I'm talking about quick search. For example 10 users can search in quick search and get results but for 1 user search doesnt return results. There is no error, just no results.

If it works for some users and not others then my initial instinct is that it could be related to permissions.  Can the user definitely see the objects in question?

Please make sure users are searching from all of the vault, not just metadata or file content. 

The selection can be found at quick search bar right end at dropdown selection.
