Objects are titled as (Hidden) even the user has access on the Object.

Hello I just need some help regarding to this matter.

The property is Multiselect and the values is an Object type, but there are some objects that are labelled as (hidden) even though those objects has permission to the user.

What could be the reason for this glitch? I tried changing multiple times on the Permissions and modified on the filter on the property but still it cannot populate the name

of the object rather than (hidden).

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I haven't seen this before.  If they select one of those values then save the object, does the correct value appear on the metadata card (i.e. is the issue just in the lookup selection, or does it also appear in the metadata card too?)?  If they then click the little arrow next to the value, does it open the object and does the name look okay?  What about if they search for the object; does the name appear correctly in the listing?

    Do you have a reseller who is helping your implementation?  Have they taken a look at the setup?

    Sometimes if an object has been deleted but still is related to active objects it may appear as (hidden) in a list where such relations are used to the filter the list.
