M-Files Reports issue on small laptop screens

Hi,

We have experienced issues with reports on small laptop screens not displaying correctly, when the display scale of the laptop is in fact the recommended, but not 100% (default).

Below you can see an example of the same report on 2 different screens:

Report on the large screen (which is ok):

Report on the laptop screen (with the issue):

What are you using to generate the reports? Typically M-Files links through to PowerBI or something similar; it doesn't directly control how those applications render. What happens if you open those reports directly in a web browser on the machine in question?

Thank you for your reply.

I used Microsoft Report Builder and the reports are hosted on the SQL Server Reporting Services. They are displayed within M-Files. If you open the reports through a browser they look ok.

I'm not aware of a specific issue, but I assume it's probably down to how the web browser renders the page when scaling is enabled.

You may want to raise this with M-Files support.

I can confirm, that reports are rendered differently in M-Files.

Probably because it is rendered with IE engine?
