I'm slowly starting to lose my mind over this. So I made a rule, that copies the name from the template to the document. This is working perfectly fine in our test server with no problems. So then I wrote over the rule exactly with the same conditions and everything, multiple times, yet I cannot get it to work. For example, for one type of documents there is a sub-rule that locks the name so users can't change it. In test this works fine, it copies the name and locks the metadata field, but on production it only locks the field but doesn't copy anything. Testing being done from the same documents, everything..
