DocuSign Quick Send and Sign Functionality Error

Hello,

We are using the DocuSign Quick Send and Sign functionality (right click -> Send with DocuSign) and most of the times when users try go to the next step after adding the recipients they get an error saying "There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again.".
When they close the browser window and try again it works.

Did anyone else encounter this?
