Hi guys,
I've setup a workflow that includes both custom e-mail notifications as well as assignments (which also trigger emails). While most users are grateful for the fine-grained brief heads-ups, a few of them aren't happy about it and would prefer not to receive those workflow-related e-mails at all.
I know one could simply disable e-mail notifications for those users globally*, but then they wouldn't get any e-mails from M-Files anymore.
For the built-in assignments I know I could specifically define the groups who receive these**, but this setting is not specifically related to a workflow.
Is there any (preferrably no-code) solution as to how to disable only workflow-related e-mails on a per-user basis? Or any best-practice suggestions?
Thanks,
Gary
