Hi - I have found the placeholder coding to put into documents for signature and date placeholders (<#DS1#>, <#DD1#>) but I can only find the coding for a placeholder for initials, is there one for name?

The placeholders mentioned in the documentation are the only ones available at the moment. We have recorded an improvement request (ID 167827) for additional placeholders and I've added a positive vote on your behalf in our internal development tracker, hopefully this will be considered as a future enhancement.
Hi Joonas
Hoping you can help please - we have a customer who wants to use DocuSign to collect signatures from their client, but also have them fill in a number of text fields on the document.
Are additional text fields available via the current M-Files DocuSign integration? If not, are there plans to make these available in the future?
Many thanks, Matt
Hi matthew@documentmanagementsoftware.com.au
We are using internally (to sign our contracts with our clients) MFiles + Docusign. To anable our client to fill datas in the document (IBAN + RIB to be joined) we are using the "quick Send and Sign" configuration.
This offers multiple possibilities (when using "models" in DocuSign) but require to go out of MFiles and use Docusign more manually.
Hi EmmanuelM , thanks for your reply! We will keep Quick Send & Sign in mind, the customer prefers to use a workflow to send the document for signing, however they realise there are some limitations to that method. Appreciate your insights.
Kind regards,
Matt
Hai Joonas ,
Is there any placeholder to add the stamp on a document
The available placeholders are mentioned in the configuration guide. There is a placeholder for the date of signing, do you mean this?
