M-Files Product Download page has missing links

Hi all,

Hopefully this will be resolved asap; as a Systems Admin I need to reinstall the desktop app on a user's machine and obviously can't download the install file at the moment. I also raised this with our M-Files support partner who are raising it as well

The download is available, but the links on the page point to an old version that is not available.

SR2 (24.1.13312.11) is now available on the downloads page. Release notes have also been updated.

We've attempted to reinstall the new 24.1.13312.11 from your website but there is an error with install file error 1722 0 there is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected'

We raised this with our support partner to then raise with you as critical issue as the update from version 23 to 24 has corrupted on at least 2 machines and we've unable to install the desktop app.

Sorry to hear that. Raising this with our tech support via your partner is the right way to get the issue properly investigated, hopefully they'll get it sorted quickly. I haven't heard of any widespread issues with the new installer so it may be something specific to your environment.
