We are experiencing an issue with M-Files For Outlook 1.2.425 when recording email conversations. In an email conversation chain (set automatically save all future replies to this conversation, and save all existing messages in this conversation), duplicate/multiple email conversation are being recorded in the system, leading to inconsistency, and difficulty tracking emails. As observation, it usually occurs when I forward an email which is already part of an email conversation in the system, resulting in the recording of a new conversation.
I wonder if anyone is experiencing similar scenarios, and any solution for it.
