Browsing speed in M-Files system via Mobile application or via Web

There shouldn't be a huge difference in the performance of the clients if networking isn't considered: most of the heavy operations are done on the server so it doesn't matter which client is used to connect to the vault. Naturally if you are, for instance, connecting M-Files Desktop on a high-speed network and using M-Files Mobile on a slower mobile network the user experience can vary.

The document you attached is update only a year ago, can you send me a more updated document or does such a thing not exist?

That's the latest available version, the comparison doc is updated only occasionally. What has changed in the past year is primarily M-Files Web which has received several new features and will continue to get new ones this year as we build value parity for it.
