Can't access vault

Blessing

Hi Community. I have been having issue logging into a vault since I migrated my M-Files to the cloud.

Each time I try accessing a particular vault, I get a login box which should not be so (it's supposed to redirect me to microsoft login page) , and even when I fill my credentials in the box, it gives authentication failed.

Please assist.

    If everyone is using the same address to connect to the vault and are using the same authentication type (Windows) then the issue may be caused by something else. But if those users have login accounts which are configured to use M-Files authentication, for instance, then it could be normal behavior.
