Why is my event log not showing most recent activity

If you click on the >| icon over the list area the list will be refreshed and show the latest events.
If you are already aware of that and the expected event does not show up, then it is probably because you have applied a filter that rules out the expected event. Try clearing the filter. Or event better try applying a filter that only shows events of type User created.
If that does not help either, then that event has probably not happened at all. In that case the problem is not in the event log but in whatever process that should have created the new account.

Many thanks.  I was using the show newest icon. The filter appeared as not been applied, but I cleared it and was able to see some new events but still not the account.  I will raise a ticket with Support.  Thanks
