Unfortunately not at the moment, the related object rules are only supported in the desktop client. Hopefully this will become possible also in the web client at some point in the future.
Depending on the use case you may be able to hide these relationships by restricting the object permissions of those related objects. If the object is not visible to the user, they won't see it in the relationship hierarchy either.
