Hello!
We had an Issue with automatic peoperty filling.
We have a Payment Request object that can be connected to Purchace Request object via field Owner (Purchase Request) - this is a Lookup field.
In Desktop client we can choose one of Purchase Request in this field and immediately get the dialog window asking us about automatic properties filling:
It works fine on any objects and we have no questions about desktop client.
But when we are trying to make the same via Web client it works very unstable:
1) We are create a new one PaymentRequest. On choose of Purchase request nothing is happened - there is no dialog window, automatic properties are not filling:
2) We are create another one PaymentRequest. First we are fill in a property Expense Item and then choose a Purchase Request. Looks like some of Purchase Requests works correctly:
but in real there are two dialog windows opens:
And in the same time choosing of some Purchase Requests is still not works (no dialog window):
3) We are create another one Payment Request and fill in a set of random fields, then choose a Purchase Request. Some of them works fine (not the same set as in point 2), but some of them are still not works (no dialog window).
Automatic filling in Web is enabled in Configuration:
What can be a problem? We can not find a pattern and in my mind it looks like some bug
