Is it possible to set automatic logout on Hubshare?

Hi, so for external users that are reading documents from a Hub they will be automatically disconnected from the system after 30 minutes and this is not configurable at either the individual Hub or global level? A couple of our external users who read some of our longer documents for committee meetings have noted they are booted from the system and have to log back in, re-open the file and try and find where they left off. Would be great if this could be set for a longer period to make user experience better.
