Hi everyone,
We are currently facing an issue with printing documents from M-Files Hubshare at a customer site:

The document is displayed clearly and sharply within Hubshare.

However, as soon as the print preview is opened, the document appears blurry or washed out.

The final printout reflects this low quality as well.
The source documents (e.g. PDFs) are in high quality, and the issue only occurs when printing via Hubshare.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or has an idea what could be causing this?
Are there any known limitations related to printing quality or specific settings we should check?
