Hubshare is not showing all object relationships (only some)

Hi Irene,

If my asumption is correct, the problem comes from the relationships of type "To" (compared to "From") in M-Files. We don't yet treat them well in Hubshare and from what I know so far, only the relation "From" are well handled.

We received other feedbacks recently from other customers raising similar kind of problems. Could you first please confirm if this is well the case? If yes, we could consider working on this in a near future.

Hi Baptiste, thank you so much for your prompt response (as always ).  I think I understand what you are saying, but I could not tell you if the relationship is a to or a from - this should explain:

1. The first object that gets created is the Comms master brief.

2. Then I create the child projects and the Comms project is one of the properties in their metadata cards.

3. When I view the comms master brief I can see its projects

4. when I view the children, I can't see their parent

Could this issue go to your list of things to improve?
