MP4 playback - remove frames at bottom of view

This is actually not configurable.
Playback is helpful for most of the end-users, would you explain me the reason behind this request? Any pain point?

As a use case, we had a project where M-Files was hosting mandatory H&S video files. Users were supposed to watch whole thing without ability to skip or jump forward. We had all the controls removed and had auto play on
