groupe + user synchronisation in both ways

Hi Community,

We may not understand exactly how hubshare and m-files synchronise.

We had use Hubshare as a standalone application.

When plugging M-Files with Hubshare, Hubshare Groups and users were automatically updated in M-Files.

But in M-Files

  • The MD "hubshare group" on a "contact" (Hubshare usre) object is up to date (all the groups that the user is belonging to are here)
  • The MD "users" on a Hubshare Group Object is partial

What is the normal behaviour ?


How is it possible to have both data types updated in realtime?

    Hello,

    I'm not sure I understand fully your scenario, but please know that the M-Files Plugin with Hubshare will sync all existing users and hubs that are created on M-Files already.

    If they are not created as objects, the VAF cannot create it for you. So if you have a user that got created manually on Hubshare but is not existing in your vault, the plugin won't create it when you sync in the dashboard.
