Our team has been discussing whether there are plans to support anonymous login to Hubshare through some form of licensing that would enable this,for example an External Connector – Read license
This would allow Hubshare to be used as a public-facing portal where documents and information can be published without requiring users to log in. In this setup, a hub (or parts of a hub) could be made public for content consumption, while other hubs or sections would remain private and require authentication.
We see a strong need for this in several projects. It would enable organizations to use Hubshare as both a public information portal and a secure internal collaboration space within the same platform.
We believe this approach could significantly increase adoption and overall usage of Hubshare, especially for organizations that need to share documents with large external audiences without the overhead of user accounts.
