Sorry, to hear about your problem, unfortunately I have no solution for you. 

I am however also experiencing "Infinite loading" when I am trying to load the "Widget Configuration" for a Creator Widget. A View Mfiles Widget editor works fine, but the creator Widget is just not showing me the second phase of the settings. 

If this is not relevant please separate from the original posters, and lodge another issue.

If I'm not mistaking this is currently getting handled in a support case, the issue resides in the lack of rights to the vault integration. Which doesn't allow the user to edit the widget linked to it.

For a full support troubleshooting, it would be better to have the reseller open up a case.

The situation you currently have is probably because you do not have an internal hub, I was not able to replicate the scenario on my side

Could you consider using: https://france.hubshare.com/Hub/Hubs as a shortcut ? What does that do on both scenarios ?
