I don't seem to be able to configure a chart properly

Hi, 

I need your help.  I would like to configure a stacked bar chart that counts the number of testimonials that I received about a particular service based on the quote strength. If I do it in excel, it would look like this:

My data looks like this:

Is there a way to do this in Hubshare? I can do individual charts for each outcome, but not an aggregate chart.
