Just checking to see if anyone has been able to programmatically fix the issue of not having a "Finished" button in Hubshare on a File Upload to M-Files.
I have a customer with 10,000 external end users and they are getting bombarded with support calls about how to finish/complete their upload. I have requested a fix to change the "X" to say "Close" or "Finished", but M-Files won't consider it until next year.
Would love to hear if anyone else was able to work around this as my customer's renewal window closes December 31st and they have already noted Hubshare is not the correct tool for them since it's not very 'non-technical user' friendly. It would be nice to be able to show them that next year will be better if they tough it out!
