With AINO’s recent ability to smart-tag uploaded documents using existing metadata, we see great potential for expanding its use during onboarding.
We would like to suggest, as an idea, the possibility for AINO to analyze a larger dataset — for example, 10,000 existing documents — and provide a recommended vault structure. This could include metadata field suggestions, class/grouping proposals, and general structure based on content patterns.
The goal would be to help new customers set up their vaults more effectively, especially in cases where the initial configuration may not follow best practices. We believe this could reduce onboarding time and improve long-term data quality.
