I’m facing an issue with Aino metadata extraction and I’m not sure why it’s happening.
Sometimes the metadata returns all the expected fields, but other times it doesn’t return anything at all — not even a single value. The behavior is inconsistent, and I can’t find a pattern for when it works and when it fails.
What’s confusing is that I’m using the same document for testing. Earlier, this exact document returned all the correct field values, but now it suddenly stops extracting them. I haven’t changed the file, so I’m not sure what triggered this issue.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the metadata view for reference.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this inconsistent behavior?
