CRM and M-Files synchronisation by API

Which CRM system are we talking about? We have ready connectors for Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM if you are using one of those.

It depends upon what the other CRM exposes.  If they have a REST-style API then, as a partner, you could look at the "HOT" tool.

If you do want an immediate call from one to the other then you'd need to write some code inside Nicoka CRM that probably authenticates to our REST API and executes a method to add an object, providing valid metadata for the new object as part of the request.  You could do similar requests when objects are updated and deleted in the CRM too.
