VAF Logging Framework not Working

I am using the VAF logging framework and it is not displaying any log entries

Configured as:

Each time the vault is restarted this shows up in the windows event viewer:

Here are the packages that are being used

Odd thing is that when in go into the c:\E\M-Files Vaults\WorkflowStateSync\Applogs\8D1D17CB-0BBD-4B48-B2F5-3E20EF63D43C\84A5A191-210B-4975-B52A-C680695DE985\0\ folder there is a current.log file and my log entries from my VAF are being logged.

Any idea as to what is going on?
