Get users with license type named using API

Hi,

Is there a way to retrieve all users filtered by license type name using either the COM API or the REST API?

I created a sample in an on-premises environment, and it works as expected. However, when I tried the same approach in a cloud-hosted vault, it did not work.

Is there any explanation for this difference in behavior?
