If you enable Advanced Event Log features in the vault, admin operations are also recorded to the vault event log. You can find all the event types in the user guide.
Advanced Event Log is part of the Electronic Signatures add-on module. Since you are working for a reseller, you can test this behavior with the demo licenses available in Partner Portal if you want to see in detail what information gets logged.
