Outlook Client - Standard Save and send in M-Files

You could at least make sure the "Send and Save" button is available in the default composer window with the optional registry setting described in the user guide (ShowSendAndSaveInBuiltInTab). From memory this does not block the use of the standard Send button but at least makes the M-Files option more visible to the users.

If that's not enough, then perhaps you could set up Outlook rules to copy messages from the Sent folder to an M-Files folder: Creating a Microsoft Outlook Rule for M-Files I haven't tested this approach, it's just an idea that you could try.

The button is available and just above the send button. Unfortunately it is forgotten in the daily rush. The human factor :-)
