Restrict metadata field editing to regular users only

Hi.
Is it possible to configure the document card through the metadata card so that some properties are closed for editing by regular users, but administrators can edit them?
Or maybe this can be done through other settings?

Admin users are not restricted by permissions, so if you remove the "Edit values of this property" right from all internal users via the property definition permissions admins can still edit them.
