M-Files Outlook Addin loaded but not working, why?

Question

Hello, 
 On all of our computers, the latest version of M-Files and the M-Files Outlook add-in are installed and working correctly. However, on exactly one computer, although the add-in loads in Outlook, its functionality does not appear. 
 What steps can I take?

 If you still can't get it to work, I suggest contacting your M-Files reseller or M-Files Support for further investigation.
