Usage of Templates on iOS / IPhone / IPad

I get the template selection screen in M-Files Mobile on iOS if there's a template available for the selected document class.

Ensure you are running the latest app and server version and reach out to M-Files Support if you suspect a misfunction.

Hi Joonas, thanks for your response. I'm sorry, I don't get it, so you're able to create a new document from a predefined Template? I cannot seem to make that work.. Could you describe what you do? As I understand it, you create a document (via the " + "-Icon I presume), select the class, in which there is a predefined template already saved and then you're able to select that template and create a new document from it?

I can't seem to make this work.. My App is the newest version, but the server version isn't. As it works on Android, I don't think that it is a server version issue.

In my case:

1. Select Create ("+")
2. Select Document
3. Select class (e.g. Memo)
   -> The "Select Template" screen opens
