replace %MFILESURL% by %NAMEWITHLINKHTML% for new outlook

How is your M-Files Web URL defined in the vault properties? Does it have a port number there? This URL is used as the base for the links.

Note that it shouldn't be necessary to modify notification templates with the new link placeholder as M-Files does this automatically once the new HTTPS links are activated. Refer to the support article M-Files notification links in Gmail and New Outlook: why they are not working and a solution. However, you may need to update placeholders in other places, such as workflow assignment descriptions.

The M-Files web url is defined in the popup Web and Mobil Configuration without port number

That's a different dialog. You can access vault properties by right-clicking a vault and selecting Properties, then check the URLs under the Advanced tab.

Concerning the placeholder %MFILESURL%, it isn't replaced by a https url, it remains mfiles:// and the customer is in version 25.2, so higher than 24.6.

The placeholder %NAMEWITHLINKHTML% is replace by

<a href=3D"">srvv065.XXXX.local/.../show test artifacts</a>

I want only the url without the href and name or title string, wich placeholder shoukd I use ?

A placeholder that only returns the link URL without any additional details doesn't currently exist. The available placeholders always include the object name (see the support article Examples of M-Files link placeholders in notifications).

I'll log this as a feature request for possible future enhancement.

If %MFILESURL% is replaced by an other placeholder with <a href=https...<a>, we'll have to change all actual notifications <A HREF=%MFILESURL">text</A>

I need the attached link to be clickable so that it opens the intended web page directly when clicked. Currently, I tried using the URL, but it does not function as expected. Please advise on the correct way to embed the link so that it works properly in the document/email/web page.

For me the placeholder %HYPERLINKFRAGMENTHTML% works correctly and is the same as %NAMEWITHLINKHTML%
