New Client - Print Quality

I know it is not the main purpose to print out files but the feature is present in the preview panel. Why is the print quality worse than printing it out normal? I see there is a quality switch (low/high) but I think even "high" is not the same quality like priting from a dedicated pdf tool or web browser.. Can you explain the print situation a bit more?
