Hierarchy Narrow Not Displayed

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced an issue where the arrow/navigation is not shown next to a task after approving 5–10 tasks in M-Files or after some time? After that point, the user has to refresh the browser, and then after every 2 tasks they need to log out and reload M-Files entirely to continue approving.

Any experience or suggestions ?
