Show recent tab in lookup property

Hello,

I noticed Recent tab is shown when there is a more records than maximum number of records shown in listing. So for our case there is 62 records and all records are shown so there is no Recent tab. When there is property where there is few thousand of records, there is recent tab and tab all (50+). Is there a way to limit number of records shown to 50 (from object type not from value list)? Also would be possible to always show recent tab?

    The Recent tab should always be available in the client, regardless of how many items are returned in the listing, so I'm not sure I fully understand your scenario.

    If the Recent tab only appears under certain conditions or disappears entirely, that would not be expected behavior and may indicate a defect.

    I would therefore recommend contacting M‑Files Support so this can be investigated further. When submitting the support case, please include details about which client you are using (Classic Desktop, New Desktop, or Web) and the exact version number, as this will help with troubleshooting.
