Dear community,
In a terminal server environment, we have set up Outlook client folders for automatic metadata population. This was configured on a client with admin rights and enabled common to all users.
Unfortunately, other users are not able to see this folder. We are using Office 365 with Outlook Classic.
Is there anything specific that needs to be considered in a terminal server environment? Can you help me with this issue?
