M-Files Web /Browser Stuck in loading of metadata

We are experiencing an issue in using the M-Files through web or browser. When we select a document, the metadata is stuck in loading and not showing but on the application side it is working. See pic below for the web error, it is stuck in loading animation error

Whilst this should not be happening, have you tried the new web client? The one you are using is very old now, and I suspect you'll get a much better experience using the new one.
