outlook emails are not previewing in create document

No, it's a feature that Microsoft itself does not support and because Windows cannot provide the .msg preview in Windows,

we cannot show that either in M-Files Desktop. 

In file creation process, M-Files relies to Windows preview capabilities and utilizes those when possible. 

Hi Timo,

with some e-mails it is possible to have a preview. Can it be that there is a diffrence in e-mail structure and that one is being able to be shown and another isn't?
