How to export a view with more than 1 page of results

we have only just started fully using M-Files and I want to export an index of our documents to Excel, my view is limited to 500 documents at a time which is fine and I can export the first 500 with no problems but can't export the rest even as a separate Excel document and even though the second 500 are visible at the time that I try to do it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
