Hello,
We've some users, and on a regular base, their screen "My pinned items" is empty.
Sometimes closing the windows Mfiles solves the problem
Sometimes disconnecting from Mfiles solves the problem
Sometimes clearing local cache solves the problem,
But the problem comes back.
Nowadays we've about > 250 users, and 4 or 5 users with this problem.
Client version 23.9 or 23.10
Any idea ?
