Clean Windows 11 M-Files Experience (Explorer Stuff completely hidden)

I'm actually not a fan of losing the path portion.  I often have directed people to specific views or sub-views via the path portion copy/paste. It also seems like a lot more wasted thick space now at the top.  Oh well, progress for the sake of progress.

I agree i really miss the path portion - used to use a lot this is a big downside for our users

As far as I understand this is due to Microsoft's changes in Windows 11 and not a change we have done in M-Files. Please see this support article for more information: Address bar does not show path after Windows 11 updates KB5031459 or KB5031455, Issue ID 168802

If you need to share a link to a view or a virtual folder, you can use the Copy Link option if you are running M-Files version 22.12 or later. If this option is not available in your vault, please see this support article: New Link FAQ as of 22.12

Thanks for this. Due to the increased risk of phishing attacks we are moving away from the use of hyperlinks as a business so being able to copy the path in text format was a really useful feature - so we will await the fix eagerly 

Windows 11 is rubbish, I remigrated to Windows 10 IOT Enterprise LTSC 2021, cleanest Windows Experience possible and Support until 2032.. Highly recommended..
