Seems like they removed this Action.. But you can right click -> Windows-Commands (or something like that) -> Send To -> Email...

I found this alternative, but the email format is not the same as when we compose a new email in Outlook.

The result is a plain text message without the signature, and there is additional text that we need to remove. This alternative is slower than simply copying and pasting documents into a new Outlook email.

I don't understand why this useful option was removed. Our accounting service is facing difficulties without it.
